The major ethical responsibility in the workplace when it comes to the topic of ethics is that teachers can become negative aspirations for children. This is because there would be the development of a negative atmosphere in which children could also learn to gossip and harm the reputation of each other unnecessarily. Moreover, one might develop hatred against one. If gossip keeps happening at a workplace, the reputation of the school authorities/administration might be at stake.
